What types of transcription do you do?

We are able to do a wide variety of transcription jobs including insurance claims, interviews, business meetings, dictations, webinars, and many others. If you would like to know if we are able to work on your project feel free to call or email us and we will be glad to help you.


How long does it take to get my transcript?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 to 7 days but most times you will get your transcript within 1 to 2 days depending on our workload and length of your project. We also have a rush option that you can choose for an additional fee to receive your transcript the same day depending on the length of the audio or video. 


How will I receive my transcripts?

We usually email finished transcripts to you or you could choose to have them uploaded to dropbox. If you need a hard copy of your transcript we can also print it out and mail it to you for an additional fee. 


How do I know how much it will cost to have my audio or video transcribed?

We make pricing easy, we charge by the audio minute depending on the type of transcription you choose. Once you upload a file for transcription we will review it and email you a total price before we start transcribing to make sure you're satisfied with the price.


What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we are only able to accept Paypal.


Is the information in my audio or video file kept confidential?

We take every measure possible to make sure all customer information is kept strictly confidential. We will never share your information or the information found in your audio or video with anyone.
